How to Set Up the Vaporesso Armour Ultra Vape Kit

1. Charge the Armour Ultra fully using the supplied USB-C cable.

2. Prime the coil: add a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton on the coil before installing.

3. Install the coil into the iTank T and make sure it’s seated properly.

4. Fill the tank using the slide-to-fill top cap (UK TPD version holds up to 2ml).

5. Let the tank sit for 5–10 minutes so the coil fully saturates.

6. Attach the tank, adjust airflow to preference, and start at the lower end of the recommended wattage range.

7. Increase wattage gradually until you find your ideal warmth, flavour and vapour level.

If you notice a burnt taste, it’s usually caused by not priming the coil properly, vaping too soon after filling, or using wattage above the recommended range. Always let a new coil soak for 5–10 minutes before use. To reduce leaking, ensure the coil is firmly installed and avoid overfilling the tank. Clean the 510 connection and tank base regularly, and replace coils when flavour drops or vapour becomes harsh.
