How Heated Tobacco Technology Works

How to set up the IQOS ILUMA i ONE Starter Kit

• Charge first: Plug the IQOS ILUMA i ONE in with the supplied USB-C cable and fully charge before first use.

• Use the right sticks: Only use SMARTCORE sticks (e.g. TEREA / DELIA / LEVIA). Not compatible with HEETS or older IQOS sticks.

• Insert the stick: Gently push the SMARTCORE stick into the device until it sits securely (don’t force or twist hard).

• AutoStart heating: The device will start heating automatically after insertion (you’ll see LED/vibration feedback).

• Start your session: Once ready, inhale normally. Each session lasts up to ~6 minutes or ~14 puffs (varies by use).

• End-of-session alert: The device will vibrate/indicate when the session is nearly finished.

• Remove & dispose: Pull out the used stick and dispose of it responsibly.

• Ready again: If the battery allows, insert a new SMARTCORE stick for the next session.
