Delivery Information

Standard Delivery Terms

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all orders £30 or over.
  • All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
  • No dispatches on Bank Holidays.

🚚 Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Usually arrives next day, but can take up to 1–2 working days
  • Not guaranteed as a next-day service
  • Fully tracked with online updates

 

✉️ Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

  • Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery by 1pm
  • Tracked end-to-end with priority handling
  • Recommended for urgent deliveries

 

📦 DPD Express Delivery

  • Estimated Next-Day Delivery service
  • Fully tracked service with real-time updates via the DPD app
  • Flexible delivery options (reschedule, safe place, collection shop)

Additional Information

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery costs include handling, packing, and postage. Each order is processed separately; two orders cannot be combined after checkout.
  • E-Liquids: If leakage occurs, please notify us within 3 working days. Do not use e-liquid if the seal is broken, as contamination may occur.

Delivery Exclusions

Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we are currently only able to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to deliver to Ireland. We are working on a solution and will update this policy once resolved.

Delays & Issues

While we work closely with our partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, strikes).


Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour
  • Deliver to a local collection point
  • Attempt re-delivery at a later time

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Always check your address details at checkout.
  • If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, please email customerservices@vapehub.co.uk immediately.
  • Address changes can only be made if the parcel has not yet left our warehouse.

Customer service is available between 10am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
